Drake Communications, Inc. has been a provider of automated call processing, and phone systems since our inception in 1979. We have sold our audio information systems to approximately 40 elections offices around the country since 1994.

For the elections customer we build custom Interactive Voice Response (I.V.R.) systems. The system uses your registered voter database to provide personal polling locations to the calling public over multiple telephone lines. Hundreds of other pieces of information regarding the voting process are also included, but "Where do I vote?" comprises 75% of the calls on Election Day. The system also makes Robo outbound calls to election workers with important reminders and/or informational updates.
